MCOHA’s Staff Holiday Plan: Eating Smart to Maintain, Not Gain!

MCOHA’s staff will follow practical tips to successfully enjoy the holidays without the worries of weight’s gain. As an organization that promotes healthy eating and physical activity through the Faithful Families Eating Smart and Moving More Program, we have the commitment of being an example for those around us in the community. For instance, we are going to include healthy recipes for our office’s Christmas celebration as a way to manage our weight and the stress that comes with the holidays. Healthy eating begins at home! Happy Holidays and a Healthy and Active 2019!

The program is supported by funding from Atlantic Health System as part of the New Jersey Healthy Communities Network.
