New Jersey Healthy Communities Network is led by partners making a collective impact toward healthier living. When we help people get more active and eat better, we can affect preventable chronic illness, disease and premature death. And when we leverage our efforts, we can make a bigger impact together.
By following a model of Collective Impact, New Jersey Healthy Communities Network partners share a common goal, activities and measures for success.
In 2016, the New Jersey Healthy Communities Network awarded $860,000 to 43 organizations, bringing the total investment in healthier communities to $1.86 million since 2013.
In addition, the New Jersey Healthy Communities Network funding collaborative has expanded to funders that span the state from North to South and East to West.
