Zumba changed our lifestyle!

Our Zumba class has inspired many of our families to become more active. One of our examples is a couple named Bessie & James (mom & son). Both have been coming consistently to our 12 Zumba classes. They enjoy each class and always have a smile on their faces. They are determined to be in shape and cannot wait to begin again in our next Spring Zumba Session.

This is part why the Interfaith Program is so important to our Neighborhood House. So, we can have families in our Community, like Bessie & James. Families that want to be more healthy, active and enjoy more activities together.
