FREE Virtual Education When Families Need it Most

Students in our virtual Hannah’s Kitchen cooking classes are expanding their kitchenĀ skills and diversifyingĀ their tastebuds! This past month, students learned about tapioca flour and used it to makeĀ “PĆ£o de queijo,” or Brazilian Cheese Bread. The following week, students’ tastebuds traveled from Brazil to China when they madeĀ “Even Better Egg Drop Soup!” Who knew that you could make Chinese takeout at home ..butĀ even more nutritious! Thanks to NJHCN funding, all the ingredients in these meal kits are provided to enrolled students completely free of charge. It was so important to us to continue to provide free programming amidst the pandemic. This funding has allowed us to alleviate the ingredient cost from our families who are so eager to participate. To register your child/children for our virtual children’s cooking class, please email Emily Ho atĀ In addition to kids cooking classes, we alsoĀ have adult and senior programming. All programs are free and open to the anyone. For a class schedule please contact Molly Fallon at or call 973-926-7371.Ā
