Keeping Children Active

Shaping Dover, a program of the Partnership for Maternal and Child Health of Northern NJ, had its first afterschool GoNoodle activity at the Morris County Family Success Center.
GoNoodle.com is a website that offers fun, free videos for kids, which helps teachers and parents get children moving with short interactive clips.
During Shaping Dover’s activity, the children watched two short videos by our new friend Maximo, who taught them how to stretch and do exercise movements. Kids of all ages and their parents were welcomed to enjoy this activity.
Children enjoyed the GoNoodle activities very much and Shaping Dover will continue to conduct this type of exercise in every children’s event.
Don’t miss out; come join us next time!
