MCOHA and Atlantic Health System: Working Together to Create a Healthier Tomorrow!

In partnership with Atlantic Health System, MCOHA continues promoting healthy eating and physical activity in our communities. Year 1 results of the Faithful Families Eating Smart and Moving More Program will be shared with the Morristown Medical Center Community Health Committee on December 3, 2018 and January 7, 2019. The primary outcomes include increased awareness about overweight, obesity and related chronic diseases and the use of the Faithful Families program as a tool to promote healthy lifestyles among others. With the support of Atlantic Health System,  MCOHA is helping the residents of our community to eat healthier and move more, thereby supporting their health and well-being.
